As part of our thorough recruitment process, we are required to interview all potential candidates and confirm that their clinical expertise is at the level required to work as an ITU nurse. Due to the expansion of our business we are now looking for experienced ICU nurses, preferably band 6 and above who would be interested in undertaking the role of interviewer/appraiser for us on an ad hoc basis. The role is very flexible to suit the individual, and you will be paid hourly for all the work completed. This is an ideal way to earn some extra money outside of the clinical setting, meet new people and ensure that the standard of staff supplied into the intensive care environment is maintained.
