Firstpoint Healthcare can help ease the strain on many hospitals by supplying theatre nurses specialising in anaesthetics, scrub and recovery, as well as operating department practitioners, orderlies and circulators, making it possible for us to supply an entire theatre team. The work undertaken by Theatre Services varies in duration, with short-term, medium and long-term contracts.
Our ethos is to maximise individual productivity by co-ordinating the supply of Operating Department staff to meet defined client needs in line with corporate policies and procedures. We like to keep our formula simple, which means we recieve bookings from clients, liaise with the staff regarding their availabilty and then co-ordinate and match the two. We also promote and sell our services to new and existing clients and keep regular contact with our On Call team to ensure a consistent and high level of service to our clients and field-based staff.
